This automotive environmental test chamber is designed according to the requirements of vehicle inspection and is suitable for M with a total weight not exceeding 3500Kg1Class M2Class N1Class ignition engine, the vehicle can provide environmental simulation conditions of -40 ℃~60 ℃ during testing in accordance with the emission regulations of China III, China IV, Euro III, and Euro IV and the test items listed in the table below, and can meet the engine displacement of 3.0L, vehicle speed of 60km/h, and can be controlled at -35 ℃ during testing.

The experimental cabin is mainly composed of cabin body protection structure, air conditioning system, fresh air system, dynamometer system, exhaust emission system, solar simulation system and other parts. Can complete vehicle low-temperature starting test, defrosting test, air conditioning test, driving performance test, and emission test, etc.

Emission test: Absolute humidity (H) 5.5 ≤ H ≤ 12.2gH2O/kg air (23 ℃~27 ℃)
During the Euro 3/4VI test, the humidity inside the cabin should be low enough throughout the entire test period to prevent water from condensing on the chassis dynamometer drum. Ensure no frost formation during temperature changes.
Performance test: When the temperature in the test chamber is 25 ℃, the relative humidity is 50% RH ± 5%
3. Dynamic technical parameters of temperature and humidity in the environmental test chamber:
Meet the requirements of QC/T658-2000 standard: when the temperature is 38 ± 1 ℃, the humidity is 50% RH ± 5%, and the continuous operation is greater than 1 hour;
Technical requirements for high temperature testing: Continuous operation with humidity of 68 ± 5% RH at+15~60 ± 1 ℃;
When the temperature is 30 ℃ and the car is idling, the maximum heat dissipation of the entire vehicle is 25KW, and the maximum relative humidity reaches 90 ± 5% RH, with continuous operation for more than 1 hour.
When the temperature is between 23 ℃ and 27 ℃, the humidity can be controlled between 32% and 54% RH.
In the experiment, the environmental temperature and humidity can be tracked, and the load changes can be controlled smoothly within the set humidity
Temperature rise and fall rate requirement: ≥ 0.4 ℃/min
Air pressure inside the environmental test chamber
Ensure stable operation of the test vehicle with a slight positive pressure (short-term negative pressure) inside the cabin, equipped with a pressure balancing device.
Operation mode of environmental test chamber:

The system has testing and self diagnostic functions;
1) Environmental test chamber vehicle exhaust system (smoke exhaust system)
2) The exhaust extraction system can be set up and put into use separately;
3) Variable frequency controllable speed of exhaust extraction unit, closed-loop control of pressure at the tailpipe of the vehicle.
4) Exhaust gas extraction fan capacity 3600m3/Above h.
5) The closed-loop control system ensures that the cabin pressure is zero or slightly above atmospheric pressure.
Environmental test cabin fresh air system
1) The fresh air is taken from the test room (temperature range -10 ℃~+40 ℃, relative humidity 35%~85% RH). The fresh air regulating unit provides a fresh air volume of ≥ 6000m at 25 ℃3/h。
2) Combined with the exhaust gas discharge unit, closed-loop control of cabin pressure is carried out, with pressure controlled within ± 10Pa.
Dehumidification system
To ensure an absolute humidity of 5.5-12.2g/mg between 23 ℃ and 27 ℃, the system has added a dew point temperature of 5.2 ℃ in the evaporator system for dehumidification.
Environmental test chamber equipped with:
1) The lighting system has a level of 600Lux or higher at 1m above the floor at 20 ℃.
2) Emergency light, usable for more than 1 hour
3) Power socket: Provides 4 plugs, 220V, 3 plugs, 380V
4) Machine insulation box: driver insulation box, can adapt to the temperature of -45 ℃~65 ℃ in the cabin environment.
